Midrand Dog Training School is an all breed dog training school. We provide puppy socializing / obedience class , adolescent dog obedience class and advanced obedience class. We provide nose work and protection class if your dog is inclined to that.
The School was establiced more than 15 years ago, by my self Theo Smit.
Please bring a lead.Do not bring a chain Lead or Retractable lead
Please bring a collar or harness. Prefebly a half check as in the picture
Treats must be soft it chews easier and faster in class, Poloney, Chicken breast, cooked liver works best
If you bring more than one dog to class of the same age, bring an extra handler with.Different ages we might split you in two classes. If unsure please contact us.
Please send me a copy of your puppy's or dogs vet book to ensure all dogs vaccinations are up to date.
Please ensure your dogs tick and flea treatment is up to date to keep all your and our pets clean from external parasites.

Owner / Instructor
I am Theo Smit. I am a qualified Animal Dog Behaviorist. Qualifications obtained at Ethology Academy (basic and advanced) more than 15 years ago. I was a Super Pup instructor before the programme was discontineued. I have bred and trained multipal puppies in varios disaplens. I have trained and handled four IGP 3 dogs two at masterscaft level. One came second and the other 6th. One qualified to attend FMBB IN 2019.

Mariehette ownes three dogs two Malinios and one Dobermann. She was also a Super Pup instructor before the programme was discontinued. Mariehette presented puppy class for the past 15 years at Midrand dog training school. Her passion and dedication speaks for it self.
